We’ve come to the phase of house renovations where things look really bad…and by bad I mean good.
Entire second story floors are missing–and you can see straight down at the contractors below.
Dilapidated siding has been ripped off, leaving swaths of naked house.
Very old and very gross insulation has been removed, evidenced in heaps on the floor.
Things look bad–but that is definitely a good thing.
Note to self: Progress is not always pretty.
